Dr, Prof CHEN Zhong(陈钟 教授)

Zhong Chen, CCF Fellow, CCF Executive Director, Vice Director of CCF Information Confidentiality Professional Committee, Vice Director of Teaching Steering Committee for Computer Majors of Higher Education, Ministry of Education of China. Doctor Chen is a professor and doctoral supervisor in the School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science of Peking University. He is also the director of the Network and Information Security Laboratory of Peking University, the director of the Financial Technology Research Center of Peking University, and the director of the Blockchain Research Center of Peking University. His main research areas are domain-oriented software engineering, network and information security, and blockchain technology. He has presided over and participated in consultations on major projects such as China's National Advanced Payment System, Retail/Wholesale Business Automation, Public Security, Cloud Computing, Big-data and Smart Cities at the National-level or Provincal-level with the funding support from MOST, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Beijing Municipal Government and other ministries for more than 20 projects and/or achievements. He has won two second prizes of National Science and Technology Progress Award, one first prize of National Teaching Achievement Award, and a number of awards for scientific and technological achievements and teaching achievements at the ministerial level. He has published more than 150 scientific papers and supervised more than 100 masters and doctoral students.


Computing Science Discipline Evolution and CC 2020



In this keynote speech, firstly the evolution of Computing Science Discipline and the demand of the computing talents cultivation are addressed, then the comparison of specialty under CST category in China and the new features international CC 2020 are introduced. finally, the comments of future computing talents education promotion was proposed.



Dr, Prof Heyan Huang(黄河燕 教授)

Professor Heyan Huang, expert in the field of language intelligent processing and machine translation, Director of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Beijing Institute of Technology; Director of Beijing Engineering Research Center of High Volume Language Information Processing and Cloud Computing Applications, and Director of the Key Laboratory of Information Intelligent Processing and Content Security, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

At present, she also serves as Vice Chairman of the Teaching Steering Committee of Computer Science in Higher Schools of the Ministry of Education; Fellow of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence; Vice President of Chinese Information Processing Society of China and the China Software Industry Association; Executive Director of Chinese Institute of Electronics; Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Alliance at Emerging Engineering Education for Information Technologies; the member of the expert review team of National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Professor Heyan Huang has long been engaged in scientific research and industrial applications in the fields of language information processing, information content security, and intelligent application systems. She has won more than ten national and provincial awards, such as the First and Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress, the First and Second Prize of Beijing Science and Technology, and the National Outstanding Science and Technology Worker.


Explorations & Practices around Mode of Integration of Production, Education, Science & Education in Practical Cultivations of New Engineering Talents



From "establishing sense--implementing actions--finding solutions" as the main line, through comprehensive analysis of the status quo of industrial Internet industry talents and the status quo and the development trend of university industry talent education, explore the relationship of "engineering knowledge education--industrial technology capabilities--practical training and operation", and the solutions from concept to implementation of new engineering talent training is proposed, and provides a construction path for relying on the new engineering industry-university-research alliance, building a new engineering industry college, and creating an industrial Internet training base. Give our research foundation and practical thinking for the "new paradigm of new engineering talent training".




Dr, Prof Hongwei Liu(刘宏伟 教授)

Professor Hongwei Liu, Ph.D., associate dean of undergraduate and director of Academic Affairs Office in Harbin Institute of Technology, member of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Computer Majors of Higher Education Ministry of Education, executive director of the Computer Education Research Association of China Colleges and Universities, director of Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Innovation Alliance, head of National Excellent Resource Sharing Courses & Excellent Online Open Courses. Had won 1 second prize of National Teaching Achievement Award and 3 first prizes of Provincial Teaching Achievement Award. He presided over the completion of two 863 major project topics, in research of one key research and development project topic currently and published more than 100 academic papers.


Systematic ability training-oriented professional curriculum system design and "computer system" curriculum construction



In the revision of the 2016 training program for computer majors in Harbin Institute of Technology, it determined the systemic ability training-oriented three-fold iterative training program revision idea. Through continuous iteration, from forest to tree, from in-depth understanding to independent design, gradually to build the knowledge system, ability system and quality system of the students. The discipline attaches great importance to the construction of the "computer system" course and cultivates students' systematic thinking. The report will share the curriculum system and curriculum construction and future reform ideas, as a feasible plan for peer reference.
